Include the installed RuleWatch version, site alias, monitor status, relevant times with timezone, the visible configuration-check message or safe HTTP status, and a Jira work-item key or test reference where relevant. Share only a redacted audit excerpt if needed; avoid unnecessary issue content, personal account IDs and credentials.
Start with the setup guide. If a configuration check fails, use a compatible destination or ask your Jira administrator to review permissions and required fields. For an uncertain test result, inspect Jira and refresh the result before requesting another test.
Keep the Bearer secret private
Never send a heartbeat Bearer credential in a support request, screenshot, issue, or shared note. If it may have been exposed, ask your Jira administrator to rotate it in RuleWatch and update the hidden Jira Automation header.
